Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest aviation group, was named the winner of four Skytrax 2022 World Airline Awards at a ceremony held on September 23, 2022, at the Langham Hotel in London.

The awards include Best Airline in Africa 2022 for the fifth year in a row and Best Business Class Airline in Africa 2022 for the fourth year in a row. Other awards are Best Economy Class Airline in Africa 2022 for the fourth year in a row and Best Business Class Onboard Catering in Africa.

The airline that recently won Nigeria’s national carrier operator moved up 11 ranks. Ethiopian Airlines was also voted 26th in the World’s Top 100 Airlines for 2022 by airline customers worldwide.
